Don’t forget the Pope and the Secretary-General of the United Nations – where were they when this sinister travesty of justice was being carried out?

“totally unacceptable for local cricket”
Pffft! I’ve played on much worse. Fine leg at the Corndale village green is a creek. 😊
'Totally unacceptable for local cricket': 'Embarrassing' Marvel Stadium surface slammed as BBL game descends into farce
Given I work for the state government, I’ll have to try ignore myself and the many voices in my head. 😊
The now government were kinda right – there is a bit of a crime problem in Queensland – they just couldn’t blame it on the actual culprits – mostly voting-age young men, evidently still fertile ground for the Tories, for some reason.
NRL hands down lengthy ban for Mam with no All Stars loophole after court issues 'disgraceful slap on the wrist'
He should’ve been publicly flogged, repeatedly keelhauled and then made to stand upside-down in a bucket of warm vomit while being fined the equivalent of a small country’s gross national product.
Damn flimsy, namby-pamby, wokeist judges and their craven wrist slapping!

Just as Paramount’s A-Liga coverage is getting good, a new player emerges, though I’ve no idea if they’re actually interested.
I’d love to have BeIn back – missing a bit of La Liga from time to time.
Billionaire-backed sports streamer buys Foxtel for $3.4 billion as RA enters broadcast deal end game
The only focus of this piece is the “collective navel” of the media industry.
Precious and paranoid: Indian players don’t even trust each other as they treat fans and media with contempt
My point entirely.
Again, I hope you get better.
'Your position's never safe': McSweeney 'devastated' over axing as Clarke savages selectors over lack of faith
Sorry, I’d written something exasperated and not very complimentary in response.

I forgot you’re just a troll and deserve my sympathy, not my opprobrium. I hope you get better.
'Your position's never safe': McSweeney 'devastated' over axing as Clarke savages selectors over lack of faith
I think David Cameron once pondered it, privately as the dirty linen was piling up at the Leveson Inquiry, and you saw what happened to him.
'Big tough man, Virat': Kohli blasted for airport run-in with journo as Indian media match boycott adds to growing tension
Probably outside scope, but there was a guy called S Kelly (don’t know the first name) who played one BRL game for Carlton in 1920, and none during the 1921 regular season.
He unexpectedly came off the bench as an injury replacement against Valleys in the 1921 semi-final and scored the match-winning try, and was then summoned from the bench again in the challenge final against Coorparoo a couple of weeks later, scoring a try and kicking two goals in Carlton’s two-point victory.
Possibly the most unlikely of them all.
Knights' greatest team of NRL era: Joey, Gids, Butts are all there, but who misses out?
Note the “just the way things work and always have”
The first, last and only defence of the craven, lazy and dimwitted throughout the ages.
'Big tough man, Virat': Kohli blasted for airport run-in with journo as Indian media match boycott adds to growing tension
Yes, I’m sure that’s why Virat and his partner had kids – to avoid media attention.
The scoundrels!
'Big tough man, Virat': Kohli blasted for airport run-in with journo as Indian media match boycott adds to growing tension
I was commenting on the tone of commentary around here, which is generally of the ‘sky is falling’ variety.
'Your position's never safe': McSweeney 'devastated' over axing as Clarke savages selectors over lack of faith
Actually, there were 7 ‘WA boys’ just in yesterday’s starting 11.
How are you still not getting that?
If you’re curious about the rest of the squad, you know where the information can be found.

Actually 7/11.

We’re a silent majority.
Knights' greatest team of NRL era: Joey, Gids, Butts are all there, but who misses out?
Yeah, in this case I’m on Virat’s side.

Nah, it goes:
1. Noel Goldthorpe
2. Irrelevant – nobody else is even close.
Knights' greatest team of NRL era: Joey, Gids, Butts are all there, but who misses out?
Your original point was that Perth supposedly don’t field any local players.
I engaged and pointed out that was demonstrably wrong, mainly because it is.
You then asked about the squad size. I sent you a link which contains all the relevant information.
Your’e slipping, man. It really should be of concern to you.
'Your position's never safe': McSweeney 'devastated' over axing as Clarke savages selectors over lack of faith
The dude certainly had a reputation. Not for anything particularly bad, just for being a genuinely scary bugger.
Knights' greatest team of NRL era: Joey, Gids, Butts are all there, but who misses out?
“You seem disinterested uninterested in that, preferring to argue. That’s you, though.”
Leaving aside the questionable grammar, I did enjoy the accusation about being argumentative.
I gave you the figure for yesterday’s starting XI. If you are genuinely curious about the composition of the whole squad, you can find their bio’s here: https://perthglory.com.au/squads/men/

I’m just glad Ben Kennedy’s older than me and wasn’t in any of the Casino teams I played against.
Knights' greatest team of NRL era: Joey, Gids, Butts are all there, but who misses out?
‘Only 5? And the squad size is…? I stand corrected’.
‘Lol, Bush. I’ll try to do better in the future’.
There, fixed it for you. No need to thank me.
'Your position's never safe': McSweeney 'devastated' over axing as Clarke savages selectors over lack of faith
Damn him and his luxurious moustache!
