Lukan is a great player. Skelton is a lumbering slow player, Spend a bit of time just watching Tupou in a match, he is either unfit or just lazy he walks from set piece to set piece, but when he does get to a breakdown is hard to move. He wouldnt make many countries test team with his work ethic.

Those numbers tell how bad aussie were at that time, and had to play them after spending all that cash. There were better or as good players around at the time, a certain brumbies wing comes to mind,( cant remember his name). I guess wallabies were trying to create another Jonah. It didnt work.

In my memory not many league to union converts in aus have been successful. The best were lsrael folau and matt rogers. Taquiri was just good as was korobeti, sailor was useless. You need to be special to make the change. Cleary would struggle and he is becoming injury prone, and wouldnt be able to hide in wallabies team.
