Spencer Johnson & Xavier Bartlett be 2 I would suggest can take over from Star. With ability to swing the ball both ways

Key stat puts Starc in a class of his own: Why back scan could decide Border-Gavaskar Trophy

1. Mitch
3. Geoff
6. Shaun

'Don't like chopping and changing': Great backs in Marsh as calls for axe mount, skipper slammed for drop reaction

? Starc fitness

Marsh useless

Lyon not looking overly penetrating this series.

I think Cummins decision is pretty responsible when you have look the overall picture

Malcolm Conn: Declaration delay shows Aussies still spooked by ghosts of Gabba loss four years ago

Lowest Test batting averages for Top 6 batsmen who have played more than 40 Tests
1. Marsh
3. Marsh
6. Marsh

Might be time to look past Marshes

'Don't like chopping and changing': Great backs in Marsh as calls for axe mount, skipper slammed for drop reaction

Anyone saying not declaring was a poor decision…. Did you see Starc bowling in the 1st dig?

He’s banged up AF!

And don’t get me started on Mitch Marsh.

Not sure if anyone seen the list earlier in the test- think it was the worst 5 batting averages for batsmen who have played 40 Tests more.

Anyone like to guess who was 1st, 3rd and 6th on that list ?

Aussies on top despite Bumrah masterclass but Cummins botches golden chance with dud decision not to declare

considering Harry Dixon hasn’t played a Shield game yet and Usman is at the end- Renshaw has every chance of getting himself another crack at it

'Great learning curve': The words of wisdom from Marnus that helped McSweeney bounce back from Test axing

Carey soon to be 34- Inglis will get his chance within 3 years (Already replaced him White Ball Cricket)

'Great learning curve': The words of wisdom from Marnus that helped McSweeney bounce back from Test axing

they won’t be young forever-

Plus Renners, Inglis & Head in the peak age bracket (28-30)

'Great learning curve': The words of wisdom from Marnus that helped McSweeney bounce back from Test axing

Fair response from McSweeney.

I look forward to future test line up

1. Konstas
2. Renshaw
3. McSweeney
4. Connolly
5. Head
6. Green
7. Inglis
8. Richardson
9. Barlett
10. Murphy
11. O’Neill

'Great learning curve': The words of wisdom from Marnus that helped McSweeney bounce back from Test axing

‘this just probably isn’t the role for him right now’

100% correct- but how on earth did they need 3 Tests to work that out when he hadn’t opened the batting in his FC class career? Stevie Wonder could of told you this was likely to occur.

Konstas is a star- and should of been there from the start- doesn’t mean the decision to knife McSweeney is not putrid! There’s 3 blokes in that top 6 who should of gone before him

COMMENT: Australia threw McSweeney into the deep end. To ditch him now is even more disgraceful

This George Bailey making tough decisions about his mates….

CONFIRMED: McSweeney DROPPED, Konstas set for 'dream come true' debut, pace wildcard recalled for final two Tests

appalling decision

COMMENT: Australia threw McSweeney into the deep end. To ditch him now is even more disgraceful

“The only club to play finals for the past six seasons”

in itself is a huge achievement- to then win a premiership after being 13th after 7 rounds and have 4 Best 25 players go down with ACL’s in the same season-I tip my hat to Coach Chris- and stick my hand up and happily to have been proven wrong about whether he had “the Premiership touch”

'Easy decision': Fagan gets contract extension after premiership glory

his numbers against Australia have been historically outstanding.

Test Mortem: Siraj won’t back down as part of 'new India' mantra, Marnus to ton up at Gabba and Pant falls apart at seams

Not sure why Jadeja not playing in front of both of them?

Test Mortem: Siraj won’t back down as part of 'new India' mantra, Marnus to ton up at Gabba and Pant falls apart at seams

Warnie description of that ball was 100% on the money.

It was a half volley on leg stump.

I think Warnie’s point was that it wasn’t an unplayable delivery.

The batsmen poor technique certainly assisted

Mitch craft: Swing king Starc stars but clock is ticking on Khawaja as Aussies do complete 180 on India in Adelaide

Soon to be known as better than the “DON”…. (Bradman not FREO)

Don’t compare Sam Konstas to Ricky Ponting, he’ll be much better than that

I like the Maroon training kit…..

Dried blood compared to an open wound

'Stare it in the face': Cox forces Swans to confront their grand final nightmare in day-long review

Not Shield rated- but Domestic link….

See Renshaw has bashed a hundred in the one day comp for QLD- 122 off 99 balls

Protect the Shield: State comp becoming irrelevant as selectors disregard Aussie team’s essential breeding ground

85 wickets @ 21 in FC Cricket- pretty good thing to look at……

Pace is not everything.

Pace specialists: The five fast bowlers at the front of the queue to replace Australia’s golden trio long term

Put a line through Jhye Richardson until he can manage to hi five someone without dislocating his shoulder.

Xavier Bartlett should be on this list- he’s very underrated.

“Great player when in full flight in Australia

Shame on you, Australia - you took David Warner for granted

“I used to think that Australia was raising the white flag when they threw the ball to Nathan Hauritz, lovely guy that he is, to bowl spin in a Test match, only to be outbowled by Michael Clarke.”

“Surely planes approaching Perth airport should have been warned about the height of Australia’s white flag when Marnus was clumping in to bowl his long hops.”

“There were unsubstantiated rumours that ball boys and girls in orange vests were stationed along the Swan River with nets in case the ball disappeared out of the stadium and threatened to get a serious dunking.”

Malcolm- please leave the funny stuff to Messer Eldridge & Liebke

Aussie selectors spare the axe yet again but there is one tactical blunder which can never be repeated

by the different reporting it sounds like Dean rowing up a stream without a paddle
