Coaching the perennial underachievers: A farewell to Brad Arthur and Jurgen Klopp
Thanks Gordon! I agree that Liverpool and Parramatta’s success are not exactly the same, but both followed up huge success in the 1980s with decades of drought. Klopp was definitely successful, and he secured the long awaited PL, but often it felt overshadowed by Manchester City. The seasons where we led for months only to see it crumble in the final few weeks definitely hurt like an Eels Grand Final loss.

Terrible take Jimbo. The Brumbies have always punched above and been the best performing Aussie SR side over the past decade despite lacking the resources or juniors that NSW or QLD have.
Wright, Ikitau, Bobby V and Frost have without a doubt been some of the best Wallabies this year. Let me know when the Reds make a semi final under Kiss (they haven’t made the semis in a combined comp since 2011!) and then we can talk.
