The Australia-Wales game will make or break the Wallabies tour. This is a fight for a place in the top ten.

From what I have read on these pages most people seem to believe the World Rugby rankings system is a waste of time. Perhaps…
Thursday night's Bledisloe game was a ball tearer. OK, 76 points were scored, suggesting the defence wasn’t so staunch, and nine tries were scored,…
If he tells everyone too early he won’t play against the Lions. He’s playing a juggling game
Now or never? Wallabies star weighing up overseas move as Waratahs confirm Gordon as skipper
They did have it a few years ago. But as with the English premiership games now, I only watch them on the odd occasion and I haven’t missed a minute of Super for years. I wish they had the French and urc as well. I spose the big question is “who’s gunna pay?” RA or Stan ? There does seem to be a lot more names playing these days….
Manu scores again but Deans' Wild Knights too strong for Hansen's Toyota, McMahon's long-range try
And he looks just like Tom Banks.
Can he defend better than Toole ?

SR next year is so important in the determining of any replacement for Aussie Joe’s successor. IF it’s going to be one of Kiss Larkham or McKellar then ideally they could all get 25 and 26 as super coaches then the bestest becomes assistant in July 26 to take over post WC.
But don’t forget the carpark conundrum. The net must be wider than just the SR coaches
Schmidt's old right-hand man emerges as favourite to take over Wallabies if Kiwi calls time after Lions
I also thought that Cheika could be good due to the foreshortened window. They will all want a crack at it for the home cup, but a four year job would be better for their careers and none of them are ready jet to take it on. A 1/4 final exit in 27 could really be the end of any of their careers. The lure of a 2.5yr contract and a World Cup could be just enough to lure in anybody, but who’s good enough and not contracted?

I’m sure if O’Connor was good enough AJS could pick him as a Giteaux. The k1w1s have an in house rule not to pick from outside their 5 (6) SR teams, maybe that will change. As I see it though, it’d all be one way traffic. What nz players would possibly think moving to an Aus team would improve their game?

What they lack is a gambling.com partner/sponsor. That’s unlikely to happen as the gambling houses know that the average union dude is unlikely to throw away as much hard earned as the average mungo dude. Proving beyond a doubt that rugby is a thinking man’s game

That’s obvious Colvin, they’ve done a lot of initial work

“numerous opposition nations seeking to do the same” . . . . come on cs, you might want to rethink that a bit. There’s not many out there that are trying to win the Bledisloe, only one other that I can think of

Ahhh, memories of a time before they all got so pretentious

Ah Retrograde Raven, burn money they do, always you must know.

Yeah, just him. Though I know what he means. The allblecks have looked a lot like East Aus for a while

Exile was a great album, cs, that was my favourite stones period, MT. I’ve forgotten all about album closers these days, iTunes playlists on shuffle. But how was “Hanna honey, was a peachy kind of girl” for an opening line.

“Whatever one thinks of the Rebels, there is at the heart of this matter, a deep and broad story of long-term strategic management failure and misalignment of rugby values from people charged with running the game.”
Yes Geoff, I spose that’s one way to look at it. Or one could say that the administration has been pushing sh it up hill since the advent of professionalism and due to the lack of money have been flogging a dead horse (that, fortunately, refuses to die)

Taking all the guns too by the looks. I wonder how many front line players will play for Bath and Ulster.
