There were a surprisingly large number of missed penalty kicks in the ABvEngland test as well – by very accurate kickers. Lolesio was in good company in that regard.

Superb Wright allows Wallabies to move on from World Cup disaster after nail-biting win over Wales

From memory, Scott Barrett does give away a lot of penalties and (yellow cards ??)

Barrett named All Blacks skipper, Sotutu snubbed as Razor opts for rising star for England series

Toole did some great covering defence when faced with opposition breakouts. I agree that he is on the light side. 2025 will be his year.

Super Rugby’s top 10 most improved: Big leaps for Junkyard Dog and Rebel, All Blacks next-gen's ominous warning

The AB have also lost some talent O/S. We have to get used to it.
I hope the $$ millions we spent on an untested RL player has not beem wasted.
Whose idea was it to parachute Jones in the coaching position with only a few months to prepare for the RWC. The WB lost a few close matches on the NH tour, but were not disgraced and seemed to be developing nicely. Pity about the noisy results merchants.

Schmidt has named the weakest Wallabies squad in memory. He didn't have to - but it could pay off

The Blues payed very well. Not sue if their hard physical fight was a response to the weather or of things to come.
The Chiefs looked lethargic. Did they emotionally play their final last week?

Blues break 21-year Super Rugby drought to smash Chiefs as Stern Vern changes the game

The Bumbies scrum has been a worry for the last few games that I have seen.
The kiwi scrums will monster them unless they find the magic fix

Toole and Wright light up Perth but Brumbies suffer fresh blow to Wallaby ahead of knockouts

A very bad decision you understand the anatomy of the head and neck
The Cleido-Sterno-Mastoid (CSM) connects the upper shoulder the neck and skull. That is why the medics on the scene were massaging his neck, not his shoulder. It effectively was a hit on his neck and head not his shoulder.

Wasn’t he international coach of the year in 2015?

Tahs confirm wooden spoon with Moana Pasifika loss, as Crusaders surprise Blues to keep finals alive

Interesting letter at the moment. The Chiefs ate locked into fourth place regardless of other results. If they beat the Blues, The brumbies will move into second place with a Bonus point win. Will The Chiefs rest their best players?

Tahs confirm wooden spoon with Moana Pasifika loss, as Crusaders surprise Blues to keep finals alive

The Brumbies scum is still a problem. The kiwi teams will dine out on that.

'Like the under 10s': Wright's Jonah Lomu moment sums up Brumbies' power, but cards are a wake up call

I like the idea that finalists should be decided by public voting judged by kindness and generosity.
As NSW has the most money, the Tahs would finally make the finals.

'Utterly toxic public relations disaster': The flaw you didn't realise exists in Super Rugby's finals system

He got the WB into the RWC final andnwas in a position to wim=n until the BenSmith and BB magic

Force kill off Waratahs' final hopes once and for all as Donno comes back to haunt old side

“scooter”used to give away silly penalties. Still does few even now.
How much do these guys have to be paid to read the rule book each week?

'Bit shy': Ex-skipper's surprising reason for backing 'world class' Crusader over Ardie Savea as ABs captain

No room for a real flyer who create tries out nothing?? Toole’s individual try against Highlander sparked the Brumbies into action after looking a beaten side for most of the game.
Siimilarly Tah’s Jorgenson, but has not done too much lately. Ditto Gary (Grey?) was amazing for Reds in his first game.
All three can be relied upon to beat at least one defender , given an inch of room. Given time , they may develop into the likes of the most underappreciated player as the (IMHO) great Ben Smith

Five things: Where DC got it wrong with Tahs, perception and reality for Wallabies hopeful as Test bolter shines

I thought Moorhead tidied up a lot of loose ball well

Brumbies beat Waratahs in monsoonal conditions as injury toll goes from bad to worse

I have never seen such poor defese from the Brumbies. There seemed be a hole in the back-line, which a better side would have scored a half century.
Please fix it Larkham

Brumbies beat Waratahs in monsoonal conditions as injury toll goes from bad to worse

I caught the last 30 m9n live, and was surprised that the Brumbies kicked away a lot of their scarce possession

Brumbies breathe sigh of relief after holding on against physical Drua pack as super sub saves the day

When Mackenzie is shutdown, the whole picture changes.

Super Rugby shows that the Bledisloe Cup isn't going anywhere - one selection could give the Wallabies hope

It looked like (very slightly) late tackle to me. What constitutes a late tackle?? the ball had left his hand before the hit was made.

The Wrap: Rebels young gun rockets out of Wallabies contention, and why Samipeni Finau's 'brutal' hit on Edmed was fair game

You mean, if nothing else changes?

'It was brutal': Clutch Lolesio kicks Brumbies to 'Test match intensity' win over Reds as Wright shines again

I agree about Lonigan at number 9. ( am I being partisan?) He has kicked clutch penalties from a long way out.
There two things I too away from his game are:
1. Toole’s play. We all know that he can produce magic tries out of nothing, but in this game I was impressed by his defence, which is supposed to be his weak weak point.
2. Wright has played himself back into a WB jersey. Clearly out- played his opposites in all games so far..

'It was brutal': Clutch Lolesio kicks Brumbies to 'Test match intensity' win over Reds as Wright shines again

Why did the Brumbies let him go???

Five things we learned: Schmidt's selection headache, Carter's a No.12 wildcard, and $1m Thor must step up

If Tupou was paid by the number of minutes on the field, he would have a begging bowl out.

Wonder kid offered 3-yr, $1.6m deal to stay in Aussie rugby - and why it could see Wallabies stars leave Ballymore

Why bother throwing money on a player who haas not proved anything?
The selectors should be watching and cultivating O’Toole a winger that appears only once in a decade. His finishing ability is phenomenal. He creates trys out of nothing. Give him half a yard and he is gone.
Is he the fastest player in Super Rugby?

Hasn’t he been injured more often than not?

'Such an emotional guy': Why RA should let their biggest star leave for the sake of the Wallabies
