Well I actually agree.
Throw the kitchen sink at McLennan.
McLennan calls on Wallabies to throw mega bucks at Cleary to save rugby in Australia 'or there'll be nothing left to sell'
Agree. Take one off all the scores and it’s about right.
How Roar readers rated Wallabies' loss to All Blacks: McReight, Valetini lead, halves continue to divide scores
That’s a bit harsh. There are piles of instinctive actions – like playing the ball when you are on the ground. Also, it’s hard to change the habits of a life time. We’ve all seen contested kicks with players sticking out a hand in a vain attempt to touch the ball, with no hope of a bat back. Basically players will reach out with any appendage when the ball is tantalisingly close.
The Wrap: Razor's All Blacks are toothless, Wallabies on the rise - and it’s time to fix Bledisloe Cup format
Ron Cribb! I remember his chip regather against the Brumbies in 2000. 20-19.
Rocks and diamonds: Langi's 'physicality' and Fraser's 'massive engine' boost Joe in 'gritty' defeat
Yeah, I jumped all over him.
Wallabies Bledisloe ratings: Back-row stands up, Koroibete under pump to keep spot as bench delivers
Valetini not up to his usual high standard. He is starting to look a bit slow in defence.

Sad if he goes. He would do well at the Force, which is (was?) the other option on the table.
Boost for Wallabies as Paisami, McReight return to face All Blacks with 22-year Bledisloe drought on the line
So the starters averaged 5.5 and the bench 4.
It’s generous because the seven who played the full 80 also fell away in the second half.
The 5.5 is for 40 minutes of effort.
Wallabies ratings: Kellaway, Bell stand up as Slips struggles during record loss
Like 1986 when I trudged through the gloom to Carisbrook, only to see (I think) Steve Tuynman’s try rubbed out. Two weeks later and the last Wallaby victory at Eden Park. That sort of tour.

Seems there should be a midpoint between contested and not.
Maybe go to a contested six man scrum (as in the Short-lived Rugby 10s) ?
The Wrap: Uncontested scrums a timely reminder that rugby needs to treasure what makes it distinctive
I’m just pleased I will no longer have to use google to get Nawaqanitawase right.
Schmidt must back Noah - and Wallabies are blowing their best chance to win the Bledisloe Cup
Yes, reminds of that one off 10-12 pairing of Cooper & Foley.

Swinton went better as the season progressed. Leota has tended to drift in and out of games.

Gordon was okay but he needs to watch videos of Smith passing off the ground. For Gordon it’s a 3-phase process.
Tupou maintained his low work rate. In the scrum penalties, Slipper and the locks just as influential.
LSL had more involvements than Williams. Perhaps it’s a quiet achiever thing.
McReight was okay. Someone was going to be binned. He happened to be the fall guy.
Wallabies player ratings: Gordon's best effort in gold, Lolesio leaves door ajar as three rookies stand up
Not sure why Northern clubs keep sounding out Australians for coaching jobs. They’ve seen that our players can blossom in Europe when they receive proper coaching. Our coaches, not so much.
Race for Tahs job heats up after McKellar 'mutually' departs English heavyweight with Cheika in line as replacement
Okay. Ben Donaldson, though not a winger

So THAT’S what “smash and grab” meant.
Eddie's NRL assistant who planted seed that led to Gordon defection - and how he could switch to the All Blacks
Yes the season is way too short, in order to accommodate 3 home tests, then the RC, then the Northern tour. Something’s gotta give, though League manages to fit State of Origin in amongst their 27 rounds. (Okay, some are half rounds. AFL has 24 rounds)
An unpopular view but with the Rebels gone(?), maybe Moana needs to be nipped in the bud to avoid a slow demise. As compared to Drua, there is no vociferous home base and no clear link to a good national side.
That would give us 10 teams, double round robin for 18 rounds with 4 teams to the finals. The Kiwi sides could do their tours through the West Island on the look for bonus points. Nothing wrong with that, as we are seeing in the T20 World Cup. If the Brumbies spent an arduous month in NZ, they might even win a match.
There is no need for this to encroach on the July nationals but if it does, so be it. Players can be extradited to national sides for Super Rugby to potter on in the background.
The Aussies can't win it and the Kiwis don't care. It's time to bin rotten to the core Super Rugby Pacific and start over
“20 years of inept administration” is it?
That takes us back to just after the successful World Cup in Australia.
Of course, Matt has chosen well by not referring to 24 inept years, since that would include the purchase of him, Lote and Wendell. When did the rot set in and the slide begin?
'That will shock him': Carter's big adjustment in NRL move, '20 years of inept admin' called out
Yes, it’s bitterly cold in Melbourne at the moment.
Carter Gordon's shock code switch: Wallabies No.10 announces NRL move
Every Roar reader knew that the Rebels were going broker every year since they started. Their board ploughed on, dreaming that something would magically turn up. In the mean time they enjoyed the roller-coaster ride.
RA knew what was happening and chose not to (at least attempt to) send in a squad of accountants. It’s a Sydney thing – all hype and dreaming. Has anyone at the Tahs genuinely asked “How come Canberra have beaten us 14 times in a row and is there anything we can do about it?”
Battleground full of losers leaves more instability for Australian rugby as RA plays a risky game
Eight years ago 26-year-old Angus Ta’avao spent two nondescript years with the Tahs. Currently the Blues and All Blacks seem to be getting value from his 34-year-old frame.
